With close to 1,000 stores across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, Journeys has established itself as THE destination for branded footwear for teens. The brand is recognized by teens everywhere.
When we first entered this relationship, Journey’s was a 20-store mall retailer. Our strategy was to bring “attitude” in every aspect of the work we created. To make sure that the customers could identify with the Brand, we implemented using “real kids” instead of traditional models. The team was challenged by Journeys to develop and to continually reinvent their catalog, with the objective of branding as well as driving multi-channel traffic to stores, web, and catalog.
The launch of three additional brands: Journeys Kidz, SkateIssue and Shï cemented the ongoing brand loyalty for their customers.
